Overview
At karmacompass.ca, we value your time and strive to provide meaningful astrology consultations. Due to the personalized nature of our services, the following refund policy applies to all bookings.
Completed Sessions
Once a consultation session has been completed, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
Digital Reports & Custom Readings
At this time, Karma Compass does not offer custom astrology reports, birth chart analyses, compatibility readings, or other personalized digital products.
If such products are introduced in the future, they will be non-refundable once work has commenced or the completed report has been delivered to the client.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule an appointment by providing at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session. Rescheduling requests can be made using the link provided in your confirmation email.
No-Shows
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Karma Compass in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations
Appointments cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for:
- A full refund to the original payment method, or
- A credit toward a future session (valid for 30 days)
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
Technical Issues
If a session cannot proceed due to technical issues on our end, we will offer either a rescheduled appointment at your convenience or a full refund.
Exceptions
Refund requests due to dissatisfaction with astrological interpretations, predictions, or guidance will not be approved, as astrology is inherently subjective in nature.
